Inspire & Design
Once we know your story, we begin to brainstorm and collect ideas. This is the no-boundaries part of the design procedure. It's sketchbook drawings leading to glue and cardboard. In the end, we might have built a model, a diorama with trees and people shopping so we can see what the end-product will really look like. The time spent on these first two steps will ensure that the rest of the project develops smoothly as we will have a uniform vision of the end-product.

Create & Develop
Whether developing a brand identity, advertising campaign, web site or complex interactive application, this is the step where the visual identity and functionality of the project takes form. Here we develop not only the things you can see and touch, but also the structures that will ensure their reliability and endurance: the database design, HTML code, and adherence to branding guidelines. We don't just tack up wood-paneling to make it look pretty; we take what we learned in our first two steps and delight in a product that is as functionally sound as it is aesthetically pleasing.

A crucial stage in the process is just before launching the project. The look, personality, and tone have been established, now you need to test it and develop a following. We utilize a multitude of methods to aid in creating connections and awareness to your brand and audience.
This is when we jump up and down on it. We throw water balloons at it. We invite the neighbor kids over and see what they think.

Small changes can be the most important part of a successful project. Similar to our process, brands must flex and allow for tweaks to speak directly with their audience. Too much and you will fracture your brand, but small strategic changes can make a world of difference.
