Raised in the country, Justin started twisting wrenches, busting tires, and welding metal at an early age. Never afraid of getting some grease under his nails, he craves hard work and creative problem solving. He relishes the simple things in life like a fishing rod and an ice cold Black Butte Porter. Married to his high school sweetheart, he has three crazy/wonderful/beautiful kids. They all fill life full of smiles and laughter. Working full-time as a designer and brand strategist with some freelance on the side; Justin soon had enough clients pestering him to start his own studio-thus Creative Soapbox was born.
Kelly Packer

Kelly secretly craves structure and logic. From legos to pixels, she likes to dig around in the underlying structures of things; making sense of pound signs and backslashes. For Kelly, slicing up a design mockup and reassembling it in HTML, CSS and Javascript is like a challenging game of Tetris. Although nights and weekends she tries to forget all that and paints outside the lines.
Steve Norell

Steve is constantly analyzing and critiquing restaurant menus, way-finding systems and web-layouts. He believes that attention to detail is paramount. He isn't afraid to break the traditional boundaries, which has led to a worn out "⌘" and "z" on his keyboard, as well as some innovative design solutions. When not manipulating points and pixels, he can likely be found on a bicycle somewhere, or teaching his dog how to give high-fives.
